Dan has been an estate agent for over 18 years and has extensive experience working with both buyers and sellers, as well as a degree in building surveying.
He has a deep understanding of local markets and a strong track record of successfully negotiating deals for his clients with outstanding results and a personal touch!

Property Manager
Kyle is a highly successful and experienced property developer with over 10 years of experience in the industry.
He has a proven track record of delivering complex and large-scale property development projects, consistently exceeding expectations and delivering outstanding results.
Victoria Maynard
Associate Director
A former member of the National Association of Estate Agents, Victoria has worked in estate agency since 2006 and has a wealth experience in all aspects of the industry.
Starting a sales negotiator, she progressed to become a valuer for an independent estate agent in Rothley before becoming a Business Manager for the company.
Sandra Lobb
Senior Negotiator
With over two decades of experience in estate agency, Sandra began her career in 2000 working as a weekend sales negotiator. After just a year, Sandra moved to a well-established estate agent in Coalville.
Her extensive knowledge of the market, combined with a passion for helping clients find their dream homes, has allowed her to build a reputation for delivering excellent service and achieving top results!
Zoe Flude
Senior Negotiator
Zoe started her estate agency career in 2018 as an accompanied viewer for a firm in Melton Mowbray.
Her passion for property and people enabled her to try her hand as a junior negotiator before being promoted to a senior negotiator.
Zoe joined our team in 2024 and is also currently studying to become a residential surveyor and valuer.
Vicky Poultney
Sales Progressor
Having worked in Estate Agency for over 10 years and a former member of the National Association of Estate Agents, Vicky has experience in every role within the industry, starting in a small independent in 2018 to then building her own estate agency in Swadlincote.
Vicky now handles our sales progression and liaises with buyers, sellers, solicitors and other agents to ensure seamless transactions and invaluable support to clients.
Lauren Lansdowne
Sales & Lettings
Starting as a junior negotiator for an estate agency in Coalville, Lauren has almost a decade of experience and spent many of those years working alongside Dan and Sandra.
Most recently, Lauren has been working in lettings in Shepshed and joins our team to help support our clients with both rentals and sales.
Her extensive knowledge of the area and market, combined with her passion for people and property, means she is well placed to deliver the best service.
