Dan has been an estate agent for over 18 years and has extensive experience working with both buyers and sellers as well as a degree in building surveying. He has a deep understanding of local markets and a strong track record of successfully negotiating deals for his clients with outstanding results and a personal touch!

Kyle is a highly successful and experienced property developer with over 10 years of experience in the industry. He has a proven track record of delivering complex and large-scale property development projects, consistently exceeding expectations and delivering outstanding results.
Victoria Maynard
Associate Director
A former member of the National Association of Estate Agents, Victoria has worked in estate agency since 2006 and has a wealth experience in all aspects of the industry.
Starting a sales negotiator, she progressed to become a valuer for an independent estate agent in Rothley before becoming a Business Manager for the company.
Victoria now uses her 17 years in the industry to oversee the admin, marketing and sales progression.
